National City Building Sells for $21 million
A National City industrial building with Amazon listed as its sole tenant by CoStar Property has been sold for $21 million.
The 91,541 square-foot building at 901 Bay Marina Drive was sold by Stos Partners to an institutional investor which Stos did not identify. CoStar listed the buyer as Rreef Core Plus Industrial Fund.
Anthony DeLorenzo, Matt Pourcho, and Gary Stache of CBRE represented Stos Partners in the transaction.
Stos said it acquired the property in 2016 for $12.2 million.
