Stos Partners has recently acquired the Benchmark Portfolio in an off-market transaction. We acquired the property below replacement cost and at a low basis, and created value through the negotiation of a sale leaseback with the seller. The Benchmark properties are well-located in the strong infill industrial submarkets of San Marcos and Poway, and each feature low site coverages that provide irreplaceable excess outside secured storage. Tim Clepper of San Diego Commercial represented Stos Partners as the buyer in this transaction.
