Property Manager
Responsible for the property management of approximately 1 million square feet of industrial warehouses, Danny oversees and supervises a portfolio of industrial property in Texas, to include vendor contracting, asset inspections and capital improvement projects in order preserve Stos Partners’ real estate asset values.
Danny’s expertise facilitate daily operations and acts as a liaison between tenants and landlord in order to provide exceptional customer service.
Veteran
With over 12 years of experience in real estate management and construction, Danny has learned to review and document deficiencies of the assets and determine the best course of action, as well as oversee construction of tenant improvements. Prior to joining Stos Partners, he was a property manager for Killam Development, Ltd., where he was responsible for over 2 million square feet of industrial and commercial properties by supervising new construction, managing the assets, leasing and renewing, as well as reconciliation of contracts. Danny also supervised real estate development for residential communities and industrial parks.
Professional
Danny holds a bachelor of business administration from the University of Texas, San Antonio and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas.
He is an active member of the Laredo Board of Realtors as well as a member of the Laredo Builders Association and was the President of the Laredo Builders Association, in 2012. From 2008-2015, he was a member of the Logistics & Manufacturing Association (LMA) and the Laredo Development Foundation (LDF).
