Drawing upon an impressive track record managing more than 10 million square feet of Class A office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties to date, Travis’ deep experience in asset management enables him to successfully oversee and drive value throughout Stos Partners’ portfolio of assets.
Veteran
A seasoned management professional, Travis has extensive experience in full service property and asset management, including expertise in financial modeling and reporting, managing leasing processes, and overseeing construction and tenant improvement projects.
Prior to joining Stos Partners, he held senior portfolio management positions with CBRE, Glenborough, Equity Office, and The Heritage Group. Throughout his career he has worked with major institutional owners including Blackstone and Morgan Stanley amongst others, as well as smaller real estate investment funds and family offices.
Specialist
Travis holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from New Mexico State University. He holds the CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California.
He is actively involved in the San Diego commercial real estate community. He is an active member of IREM San Diego and has served on BOMA San Diego’s Board of Directors. He was named Principal Member of the Year for that organization in 2016.
