Rudy Maxwell, Vice President of Acquisitions
Rudy joins Stos Partners as a Vice President of Acquisitions to lead the company’s Southeast expansion. Prior to joining Stos Partners, Rudy built a strong track record in commercial real estate brokerage at Foundry Commercial, where he specialized in industrial leasing and sales. During his time at Foundry, he broke an 18-year company record for rookie production, outperforming the previous benchmark by 3x.
Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, Rudy brings a deep understanding of the Southeast market and a competitive mindset shaped by his experience as a student-athlete. He graduated from Duke University with degrees in Sociology and Data Analytics while playing baseball for the Blue Devils.
Rudy also has a very strong network in Nashville, where he is the cofounder of Torch Collective—a deal collective focused on founders, investors, and disruptors that has grown to more than 200 members.
